Career Opportunity – Accounts Clerk (Part-time)
Bioscint Engineering Ltd is a medical engineering firm which specializes on the provision of biomedical engineering services, medical devices and technical support. With offices inside the Malta Life Sciences Park and laboratories inside Saint James Hospital, it provides a fast-paced and exciting environment to work in.
We are seeking to recruit an Accounts clerk to join our team. This role is home-based, and therefore the applicant may work on a remote basis.
The role involves the following duties:
- Posting bills and expenses on our accounting software.
- Carrying out payments to suppliers.
- Carrying out reconciliations of payments received and payments made.
- Issuing statements to clients.
- Filing away paperwork on cloud storage.
The idea candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Have 1 – 2 years experience working as an accounts clerk.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Having experience with Zoho Books accounting software will be considered an asset, but not essential.
